God, a relationship, something someone told you, inner resources....what? How does it help?

Personally, it is a combination of things. My faith in God, support from my family and my inner desire to never give up. Even if I do fail, at least I can walk away from it knowing I gave it my all.
It helps because deep down I know I am stubborn and when someone or something tells me I can't do something, I want to try and at least prove him/her or that something wrong. If I fail fine, but it won't be without a fight.

I think it's a little of everything you said here, God, my relationship with God and Christ, sometimes it what's someone tells me, my own inner strength, friends, loved ones etc. There have been times when I just really wanted to give up, but since I didn't die, I had to go on. Have a good weekend!!

Actually the failure is the source of power, try not too much expect from smth or somebody, by that you will get less disappointed.

You will learn how to make right decision by making wrong ones, so if you fail, it frustrates you, makes you sad, jealous and eventually it will end up with the power, but at the culmination point you need to give up.

Ok, so this is where I'm coming from... when things are at their worst.. there's still someone who's got it worse. Also, if I'm feeling like I'm the only person in the world to feel this low... I remember how long this world, this civilization has been around, someone's been in the $h.t worse than me or at least as bad.. and they've eventually come though it.. so will I. Keep moving, keep at it..
the tunnel is long and dark... but eventually.. you'll see a light and before you know it, you'll be dancing in the sunshine again.

My faith in God. Ii have been through a lot of pain. I feel the pain, of course, but I know that God is always there beside me, and as long as I am faithful, He will never leave me alone.

Certainly God is the one that keeps me going. Plus, what else can I do while I'm alive.

When you fall to the bottom of yourself and everything seems lost, only you can save yourself. Going on in any other manner is just an act of self-deception.

For me, it is Faith. In me, in my children and my friends and family. They keep me going, and also no matter how bad things get, there will always be someone out there who has it worse than me...and that makes me feel grateful.
