I mean, everything in life the good things are: safe, secure, boring. While all the bad stuff: exciting, spontaneous, adreline pumping.

Drinkiing is fun but you can die or kill someone
Going fast is fun but you end up in an accident
Fast food is good but you end up fat
Singing is fun but someone always throws something at you.
Shopping is fun but you end up broke
Dang there is nothing thats not bad for you.
Except tennis...it gets the adreline pumping, it is exciting and a great way to meet people.

It’s all about proportion. Too much of anything is bad, a little alcohol is good to much messes you up, a little oxygen is good but if air was 100% oxygen we would all be dead. Go ahed do domethong "bad" for a short time, don't over do it and see how "bad" it realy is.
