Any Pro dart player that is the skill level of Phil Taylor can hit what they aim at. So my answer is; if Phil Taylor wants to hit a bull he aims at a bull. If there is any doubt check out this video....

Phil Taylor is the best dart player in the world and could just about hit a single or double bull at will!

Phil Taylor normally hits everything he aims. He is the 14 times world champion and you have to be special to do that.

Yes I think he does, I also think he shuts his eyes and hopes for the best when he throws his other darts.

Hope to miss it? No, they hit what they're aiming at most of the time.

Any pro would aim at what they want to hit, and would probably hit it more often than not

Most any pro is going to visually focus directly on the exact point on the board that he wants the dart to go. They do not look at a general area but at a specific point.
