Well it is very complicated, you could go to a library and read about it, or just go to a site that makes it easy like myspace at http://www.myspace.com/

It isn't that complicated. U just need a server and then u write a html file and put it on thy server.
yahoo gives u its own server space, so go to yahoo.com and clikc on the geocities link, and they will help u make an html document, and put it in ur space on thy server.

If you want to make a website you should use Freewebs thats what I use.It is free.
