It may not sway your decision, but it would impede your ability. See, with no tint, when you reach for the gun, your brains would already be splattered accross your dash before you could aim. With tint, the cop wouldn't know what's comming.

Depends on whose window is tinted..if it is yours, you may not get a chance to shoot anyone...cops are fast on the trigger. And they just love any excuse...window tint is all they need in court. Happy hunting, and may the force be with you. (Beware of the tinted side)

That's not why it's illegal. Other drivers cannot react around you as well if they cannot see you. (ie a cyclist knowing whether or not you see them)
