but i wanna ask if there is how could i find a list for graduate shcools which they don't ask for GRE ?

You could go to one of the private schools. American Intercontinental University is SACS accredited and offers on-line courses and in class courses (if you live in the area). They do not require a GRE for graduate level courses but you will be paying out the wazoo for the courses. It is very expensive.

You can also look into Phoenix University (some of their degree programs do not require the GRE).

Consider Naropa University, for example, or any number of schools of transpersonal psychology. Reaching out to others as a teacher or professional can be actualized through a variety of credentialling processes, many of them well respected and quite rigorous.

Please don't consider the GRE a barrier to further education or personal growth.

for an undergraduate program..none do..but if you are a graduate...they all do..hence..gre
