depends on how old you are. The best is to increase the muscles in the chest wall. pushups, push outs. anything that puts weight on the arms should help.

There is no way of natural breast enhancement ! It's in your genes..and until your mid 20's you may not fully know the answer.Or you have a child......
Why would you want to change who you are, sure , everyone wants big breast , all but the ones that have them. They are
heavy , hard on the back , difficult to find a swimsuit or bra ,
even allot of tops won't fit , just because of their chest size.
Then there's the fact that No-one looks you in the eye, they look at your chest & you can forget about lots of g/f's , because they assume that you are all stuck on yourself, because their boyfriends are talking about your bra size...it sucks !!!!
At 13 ,I was a 32DD and the curse followed both my daughters,
I only weighted 98 lbs @13, and bra shopping w/ my daughters was always a nightmare, them crying , because ....they had grown more. At 18 one of them had a reduction and at 26 the other daughter had one because of the back problems.
Count your blessing's and be proud of who you are, not what
size you are.The bra insert idea is the best,as long as you are still you and not a puffed up person.

There are all kinds of gimmicks out there that "claim to improve your breast size" but I would be cautious about that if I were you. Ads and commercials tend to boast too much on their products and usually all they want is your money.

I personally don't know of any way(s) of naturally encouraging breasts to grow. Your breast size also stems from genetics too. If your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother had big breasts, there is a possibility that yours will get bigger later. Other than that, if you come from small chested women, the only other way to enhance them is by surgery.

There again, surgery on the breasts can have it's own complications too. If you are concerned about your size, have a chat with your family physician. He or she may recommend someone that may help you. Plastic surgery is extremely costly too. Most insurance companies won't pay for this procedure. This procedure is considered "elective surgery" by many plastic surgeons. You may be looking at thousands of dollars for this procedure and the money would be coming out of your pocket!!

I wish that there was a place, big chested women like myself could go and donate a few pounds of breast to assist people that wish they had bigger breasts. I would gladly give you 20 pounds of mine to you. Until then...good luck!

go to the lingerie dept of a store and take a look at the silicon bra inserts that are available for about $40. They feel really natural and are inside your bra.

Now of course, you breast CAN'T get larger w/o surgery, but the inserts are the next best thing!
