Question

If you had a large sum of money, say for conversation sake, 10 million dollars, and you wanted to do something for some one (or a population) that truly needed it, and I'm thinking homeless, third world with no utilities or schools, or something, we are talking about giving hope to the totally hopeless, not including yourself if you happen to be hopeless, what would you do?

I would live there myself and start a Habitat for Humanity type organization.
