No, I wouldn't assume. Some people don't realize they have to RSVP. Can you call people to confirm? I would do that if possible.

No, you should call them to make sure. Some people just forget to respond. Otherwise you could be stuck with a lot of extra food, etc.

you could assume that they are coming because more than likely they just forgot to rsvp or just are going to show up and didn't know they were suppose to rsvp !
