Yes, I recommend a wireless router. Run off to STAPLES and buy a LinkSYS. I think that they are the easiest to set up.

But try out your laptop with the WIRE from your desktop computer as soon as you get it. You still will have to go through the registration process before you can get the wireless working.

Follow the instructions that come with the LinkSys Router. The software shows you step by step. It really is EASY. Use the disk on the Desktop. The first step is to make sure that the internet is working with the desktop. Then plug in the CD and follow the instructions.

Get a router and either a wirless adapter or card for the laptop if you want to use it in another room hook the desktop into the router and the adapter or card into the laptop and run the network connection and set up a small office or you can just hook both up to the router I personally like the wirless so that the laptop works anywhere in the house
Right now i'm doing both two computer wired to the router and two wireless
Enjoy

That's what I do. We're running a desktop and two laptops off one wireless router. The modem is connected to the router, which then has a cord running to the desktop (which does not have wireless capabilities) and we use the wireless for the two laptops. You should not have to change providers, or even tell your current provider if you do it right.

If you want to keep your desktop connected and want to connect your laptop as well, then you need a router. Better, if your laptop has built in WiFi, you can get a wireless router so you don't have to keep your laptop tethered to the router. I recomend a Linksys, as they are relatively easy to set up, just as long as you follow the directions carefully and slowly. The worst thing you can do is panic.

the answer may be 14. Its extremely undemanding...with the delivers of the 1x0...its available to get puzzled..it takes position..=D a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million-a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+1x0= 14 it should be a lot less demanding if u rearrange the completed element 1x0+a million-a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million... the 1x0=0 a million-a million=0 and all you gt to do now should be upload some thing else. which totals as a lot as fourteen yet when the question changed into as follows: (a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million-a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million+a million)x0 the answer may be 0 the secret's if there's a bracket, you may ought to remedy the bracket first then some thing else of the question. and because that there isnt a bracket in this question than you may remedy merely by using favourite addition. eg. 2+(2x3)=2+6=8 (2+2)x3=4x3=12
