Are there really no others that aren't in a relationship, or are you just seeing happy couples because that is what you are looking for. I never noticed how many pregnant women were walking around until I was one. Then I saw them everywhere. How could I have not noticed the at least 5-6 pregnant women I would come across in one day? Natural not to want to be alone, we are sociable creatures. You have plenty of time to find a person that is right for you.

Are you in Athens, GA? Greece? else where? Probably besides the point anyway.
Just keep yourself busy doing the things you like, try not to focus too much on meeting that special someone, and it will happen (probably when you least expect it). Good places to meet the ladies are parks, churches, gyms, etc. It just depends on what you're into.
