count number of opinion, yet i imagine Podolski has had an ok, yet not tremendous, tournament. Its unfair to guage Rooney because he neglected the first sport, and in straightforward words performed 1/2 of the 2d, so he has not performed a lot, and also had to on his own beforehand because of Owen's damage. Christiano Ronaldo has been very unimpressive...his runs under no circumstances carry about some thing, he flatters to lie to and he's a born whinger.

Cristiano Ronaldo shouldn't worry too much about not winning.He has a brilliant future ahead of him.It's only 2 years to the Olympic games and there's at least 6 gold medals available for diving.Plus the triple jump and long jump(dives).This guy has a great future.

Ronaldo is definately the best young player. Did you see his poise as taking the final penalty kick for Portugal in the decisive quarterfinal match against England. Ronaldo and Ricardo were the two reasons Portugal advanced.

Hmm.. World Cup hosted in Germany. Germany ousted in semi's. Germans hosting FIFA technical committee who make final decision on youth award. Said committee feeling the need to possibly comfort the host country with SOME kind of accolade.

The judges hinted that sportsmanship was taken into account, so that's probably the only reason he didn't win it.. Lets face it he was a discrace, to do that to your own team mate, i know winning is everything in sport but there's a line most won't cross and what's the piont in winning if you've just cheated to win? How proud must his mother be? Got what he deserved in the semi's..
