No I don't thin a female should be considered legal in any way or form when she first gets her period. Even though she starts menstruating that doesn't mean that her body or mind is completely ready to carry and have babies. I respect the way you think unless you're a perv?!? Some females start their periods at ten years old or younger but that's way too young to be legal. At that age she is still a baby herself. These are not the old fashion days. We are in 2006. You really should reconsider your thoughts. ACTUALLY YOU DO SEEM LIKE A PERV.

Definately Not!!! my neice is only ten years old and started her period. some ppl start at even a younger age. the reason the age limit is at 18 is bc research shows that by that age a person some be able to reach a mature decision regarding sex however some ppl never reach that stage of maturity...laws are there for a reason respect them and respect yourself...also you shouldnt have sex with someone unless you love them and if you really love them then it will be worth the wait!

what's your home address so i can report you??? absolutely NOT! like said above, some girls can get their period way earlier than 12 or 14 years of age. Why would you want to have sex with someone younger than 18?? that's disgusting! As for options....oh i don't know, how about anyone over the age of 18!!! there are way more women over 18 then there are under 18. What do you need someone younger for? you looking for someone to take advantage of? you need her to be ignorant to get laid? obviously you aren't looking for love. Being that the case, there are a bunch of women in bars looking to just get laid and they are over 18.

I would have been legal at 9. So, no, I don't think so. Would you want to have sex w/ a 9-year-old?! Gross. A lot of women can start early like me, or they can start late and might not be legal until AFTER they can drive. See what I mean?

I dont think it should be a law because more and more girls are getting their periods earlier I know some girls that got theirs when they were 12 thats way to early to being have sex and having kids and anyone that would willingly let their kids do it is just sick.

no way! your period doesnt mean that you are fully developed. look at the cases in afrcia, where many girls are forced to have children very young, and encounter all sorts of problems, becuase their body wasnt ready. your period come pretty early in the stages of maturation, before your hips, etc are fully developed.
ps if you werent a dumbass, you could prob get more women to respect you for reasons other then you being older. to any younger girls who read this, this is just furthur proof that older guys are NOT more mature!!!!!!!!

Hell to the no. A period doesn't make a girl a woman any more than sperm makes a boy a man. Any male who wants to prey on the innocence of a girl just because she can bleed from her vagina is sick. Get counseling.

Are you insane! Some girls start as young as 8 years old. That would make a person a child molestor if they went that far/ Even if she was older than that you'd be molesting a child. Wake up!
Maybe you should think before you ask.

Definitely not. Some girls can get their menstrual period as early as 7 or 8 years old. Would you want your child that young to be legally allowed to have sex? That's stupid.
