I spoke with the FBI office in the United States, they in reture gave me the phone number to the NVC office,I called the NVC office on July 7,2006 and was told they have not received any fingerprints from the US Consulate in Vietnam. (HELP)

I was told by the US CONSULATE her fingerpints were sent out May 16th,2006

It seems that there is a problem somewhere with my case.I would request for someone to look at my case please and correct any problems with it at the US Consulate office.

Who can I call to help with this issue ?

Keep checking with the above agencies, get names of the peole you deal with, written and signed statements to that affect, and keep trying to trace. Ask about the times it usually takes to process to see if this is at all within those time periods.

Also, you could contact your local congressperson and ask them for help in looking in to the matter. They often will do such things for their constituents. Won't hurt to ask.

Good luck.

You need to call her homeland to find out if they were sent and request a duplicate copy and have them sent certified mail so you'll get them!
