any good animes for me?

mainly looking for something with good story/drama or awesome action

these are not the only ones i've seen, but i would like to add naruto and bleach

as well as ghost in the shell

Well, from looking at the list, I'd say you like futuristic and period drama types. I'm not saying you're limited to it, but I'm just trying to see what would be something to reccomend.

I tend to steer clear of the liscesensed/popular stuff since you'll get loads of those.

Just to let you know, these are all fansubbed versions I am linking you to, and the site only carries something until it is Licesensed. After that, it is removed and you have to buy it on DVD, but this is one of the places companies watch to see what is popular enough that they would want to bring it over.

This is a Samurai Drama. It just started airing this year, so there isn't much info about it just yet.

Blue Seed
Momiji is an average girl until the day she finds she is the descendant of the great Kushinada family. Kaze No Yojimbo
In search for Araki Genzo, George Kodama finds himself in the small town of Kimujuku. George quickly realizes that he is unwelcome and is warned to leave as soon as possible. With two rival syndicates roaming the streets and a dark violent past, the town of Kimujuku isn't what it appears to be. Haunted Junction
Saito High is a high school with its spiritual beings and a principal whose hobby is collecting occult paraphernalia. The school has the prophecy-chosen members of the Holy Student Council to protect it. These students have problems of their own; Haruto Houjo, the president, has a way of summoning spirits, and would resign from his duty for a normal life if it weren't for the principal. Kazumi Ryodo, the next member, is good at being possessed and has something for the Hanako. The last member is Mutsuki Asahina, who is a master of exorcism and is attracted to small boys. Gunslinger Girl (My Personal Favorite)
"Henrietta" was an innocent little girl when her entire family was massacred and she was left for dead. She was rescued by a privately-owned social welfare organization and given cybernetic components over her battered body. Brainwashed by the organization, she and four other girls now work as cold-blooded assassins, doing the dirty work for the Italian government

Naruto,and Bleach are really good, but here are some others that I thought that were pretty interesting Tenjho Tenge, Hellsing, Blue Seed, Gravitation, Negima, Desert Punk, Moon Phase, X, Berserk, One Piece, Akira, Shaman King, and Samurai Deeper Kyo.

Try GunGrave very Scar face mafia type with loads of action and blood also try Beach, Samurai 7, Berserk, yeah Naruto is good to but don't watch it on cartoon network try downloading them with bit-torrent cause those are the ones aired in japan plus have over 100 episodes more then cartoon network which only repeats its 40 so episodes
