What a charmingly phrased question. You can buy a second hand paint from your local second hand paint provider. It doesn't matter if your bicycle is already in the shape of a bicycle either.

Just be sure that it is not a stolen paint instead of a second hand, you can usually tell by the tool marks made when they took it off, some unscrupulous second hand paint dealers have been selling the wrong shaped paint to people, and it don't fit what you want to put it on
