I have tried Windows XP's blocker, and Yahoo's, and Google's. And I like Google's the best. It seems the best for blocking what I don't want and allowing what I do. It comes with the toolbar as does Yahoo's and the toolbar is smaller, which is another reason I like it, besides I use Goggle searches all the time. One thing, be sure to learn how to turn whatever you use for certain sites and temporarly. Like for instance make sure you have it off if you are going to order something online. Many times they popup some information and you might not want to try to refresh the page or something to get it to come up again because of the fear of being double charged and such.

Yahoo Toolbar comes with a FREE popup blocker, and free anti-spyware scanner.
The same as Google, and Internet Explorer 6.1 for Windows XP.

I disagree with downloading the yahoo toolbar. I have it and it doesn't work all that good for me like I thought it would have. I blocks the things I try to get into, but it doesn't block my pop-ups.
