the limits of Ni+ and Cu2+ in 12.5% NaOCl (aq)?

Does anyone know what the limits of the metals Nickel and Copper should be in a 12.5% bleach solution. That is the limit this solution of bleach can withstand before oxidation of the hypochlorite ion begins to occur??
