Yes I do think that they have pure intentions. These men and women are the greatest minds that have every walked the earth. Look at all they do for us the common man. Everyday they start Wars, kill millions, shoot missiles, create poverty ( I got your back Bono!) and do other countless wrongs that we all love and enjoy. Sure their intentions are purely evil. That is not to say that everything they do is bad. But no one does anything on a political scale that is just for the fact that they have good intentions.

Heck, NOBODY has "entirely pure intentions.", but especially nor "world leaders."

I work for a government agency and can say absolutely not. The people who rise to the top are from my experience the worst of the bunch. They have used their position to do exactly the opposite of what they are charged with. Instead of the the taxpayers best interest it is always their own best interest that guides their judgements.

Purely self-serving intentions, yes. As we consider their intentions beyond that, things aren't so clear and pure looking.
