I have never had them waxed or plucked. I have been shaving them off for 6 years and drawing them on. People always complement me on them but it is time consuming. I want to grow them out: does anyone know how long it will take and what home remedy I can use that wont break my bank?

You can try to massage the brow area in order to increase blood flow which will increase growth. You may find that you have bare spots and need to fill them in as they grow in. Have a pre-determined idea where you want your brow to grow and tweeze or have tweezed any stray hairs in that area. Try a beauty school it'll be cheaper.

Just let them grow out on their own. They may become bushy, but once they are fully grown out, get them professionally waxed, and after that you can start plucking them.
