I want to surprise her at a concert by having Kenny read something from the stage before i ask her to renew our vows!!!!

Maybe find out who his publicist or manager is and get the message to them.
And have an extra plan to fall back on, just in case.

Well if you are not rich you better know someone......get a job at the venue and befriend security and then the groupies..I don't know, who's Kenny chesney ?

You would have to try & get ahold of the security guys before the concert, thats the only thing I can think of...

get ahold of someone at his record company ............see if they can connect you to his road manager . they handle many of those type assignments for the artist .
