it's very easy for beginners.
If you have a gmail address, you can try it.
It has an web editor and templates.

1) learn html - there are a mnay great books and online tutorials
2) find a free web host that will create a domain name for you - it won't be a custom domain name
3) Remember you get what you pay for.

well one option is freewebs if you want to go the easy way. But if your looking for something more appealing or pro, then you can learn designing in photoshop and learn css or html. i do custom templates so if u need some help, dont hesitate to ask.

You can get plenty sub domains (eg: Freewebs, Google, 50g, etc...) but you cannot get free domains.
Dont know where to start in web design? www.jessez.mbhosting.com (still under construction)
(I know someone who got a free domain from Belgium once... but they dont have that anymore)

Way back in the dinosaur days we used geocities.com. It's a fun easy way to make a page and has alot of useful tools.
