A Friends episode :Joey is supposed to be dying ( acting ) and The Kid wont cry ....so They go through take - after take .........Finally - Chandler sais here you wanna make him cry whatch this or something and he does something with his fingers or hand and the kid cries ....what was it ???

joey had a hernia and was acting in this scene to get money so his medical insurance would come back and he could get the hurnia looked at. the kid wouldnt cry so chandler finally came up after many takes and showed the kid his hernia.

In that episode Joey has a hernia. I believe Chandler pulls the sheet back and shows the kid Joey's stomach, where the hernia has caused a protrusion.
