did anyone ever get off of paxil without being ween off if yes what happened?

I used to take paxil, about 4 years ago my doctor thought i may have been taking it for too long (about 4 years) so I was switched to something else, but I did have to be weened off. if you stop taking it for a day or two and develop side effects I would start it up again and ask your doctor how to ween off, the most side effect i suffered from was dizziness but I kinda liked it I felt like i was stoned

Depends on how long you've been taking it.
I know people that have been on it for 3-6 months and stopped it immediately without side effects.
