The IE continues to search for the new e-mail page, the progress bar fills to about 3/4 complete, and then It continues to search with no result. If I go to another web page it builds quickly with no problems. How can I report this to yahoo mail?

Part of the problem is Yahoo is messing with too many things at once. They're trying to get a new home page up and runing, the new Beta mail, and a new Photomail. You might have a bad cookie that keeps returning you to the problem. Try this:

1. Start > control panel > internet options > general tab
2. Click on clear cookies. Say OK/yes when it asks are you sure
3. Click on clear files, check mark offline files, say yes
4. Clear history, say yes
5. Restart computer. This will hopefully let you get back into your email. If it doesn't, click on the help link from the Yahoo home page (if you can't click on the help link in emails.)

Or, you can try the Yahoo Help Desk (good luck getting thru!)

it's your computer that's causing the problem not yahoo. it's working fine for me.

scan for spyware, adware, sneakyware, viruses, trojans, worms

yahoo doesn't talk to free users. i know i have been a free user for ten years and haven't heard one word from them.
