Well, to have a flat tummy I would try doing as many as abs, and anything else that gets that area working, eating right, and eat small portions, u shouldn't have to deprive yourself from ur cravings so just take a lil. Eat breakfast, and always work out. If u r lazy, and not want to do much, look for clinics that have a nutritionists, I found one cuz I was over weight and they prescribed me some pills, and gave me a diet to follow which wasn't bad at all, after like the 1st week, I had lost 13 pounds, and by a month and a half lost about 30 lbs! I wasn't unhealthy, I worked out a lil and just had control over my eating habits. I still, 9 months later have those 30 lbs. off. Good luck :)

Food wise you need to get on a schedule and eat healthy, by a schedule I mean 8:00 a.m. Breakfast and 12:30 eat lunch and at 6:00 eat dinner and no snacks! Stay on schedule its very important. Now for your tummy we have an AB Lounger from Academy it works great to tone that tummy and side muscles. Try this and you will be suprised

Oh darling! The old fashioned way, which is exercising(walking, running, biking), eating sensibly, and getting plenty of sleep. Don't overdo it! Also, take some classes such as Pilates, step aerobics, and hi/lo impact aerobics. Drink your water, and just take care, dearie!

Yes ! Combine gym like body pump (it does wonders), abs, pushups and healthy eating habits. Use olive oil in cooking and make sure you remove all fat from red meat before you grill it. Don't fry, grill your meats and better still...include grilled fish and fresh vegetables in your every day meals. Diets will never work! Healthy eating habits and gym will. Hope this helps
