Good Question.

First, I assume you are in good health and no physical problems.
You may have just started to do this and have not built up the stamina (or recovery ability) yet. That's okay. What you are doing is great and will benefit you all yor life. Here are my suggestions:

1. Back off to 1/2 mile on alternating days. So your schedule looks like: Mon - 1 mile, Tue - 1/2, Wed 1 mile, Thur - 1/2, etc. Also, only run 6 days a week. Do an alternate, non-intensive activity on the off day. Either rest completely, stretch, work out lightly in the gym, etc.

2. Continue this pattern for 1 month to build up a "base". You should find that you are less tired, and recover faster from your workouts.

3. After a month of base training, you have other options, but always with the 10% rule. Do not increase more than 10% of your total weekly mileage.

- Option 1 is to increase your short days. I suggest you increase 1 of your short days to 3/4 mile. Then increase another short day to 3/4. Continue this pattern until you run a full mile all 6 days.

- Option 2 is increase your long days. Maybe run 1.25 miles on your long days, working up to all 3 long days.

By this time, you are ready to explore more options depending on your desires and objectives. Keep in mind that you should eat good foods and make sure you get complete nutrition, drink lots of water, and always run in the shade. Listen to your body and don't expect a problem to disappear on its own.

I discourage artificial stimulants and "energy bars & drinks". They have too much sugar and too much caffiene.

GOOD LUCK

run at the end of the day. simple? well if you want to run in the morning, eat sugar. the first thing you burn is glucose(sugar) so eat it. it is replaced fast. but that would be a waste of time because what you are trying to do is burn the sugar then the fat, that is why you get tired in the day, because your body is tapping into your fat. it takes alot of energy for your body to break down fat into glucose, and glucose into adenicean triphosphate(pure energy our body uses) so running in the morning is the best in the morning before you eat since there is no sugar to burn so it taps into the fat right away. but the thing is you will be really tired and hungry.hhmmm what to do? well that's why i love sugar free food, candies and diet drinks. no sugar. well that covers the hunger part, but what to do about the tired feeling? well to tell you the truth, the only thing you can do is kinda unhealthy but not harmful.CAFFEINE, but with no sugar or creme. but there comes my fave again, sugar free sugar like"Sweet'n Low" or what ever. i suggest a nice fruity tea from Starbucks because you want to pace the caffeine out during the day, and the fruity tea also taste good cold. man I'm good.

It varies, yet certain that is continually nonstop. from time to time people will do period workouts the position they are going to change speedier and slower sections, even if. or you'll from time to time have people take short breaks at a water fountain, or some second walk to get round pedestrians, etc. they're many times not preventing to take a snooze interior the middle or something although, if that is what you propose. And the final handbook if you do walk breaks is a minute max, so for some people you would have a jiffy of strolling complete scattered in.

thats easy. Red Bull, it gives you wings. I'm being serious I used to work out in the morning, and by the afternoon I was drifiting away. I nice kick of cafeen did the trick. Either that or eat some high energy food. Fruit that has a high sugar content. Also make sure your caloric intake is adiquate. So

a.) sugar/ cafeen for a kickstart.
b.) make sure your ingesting enough carbs to cover you for your work out.

ohh yea and sleep at night.

GNC, get some supplements, I used to be in the Marine corp and we sometimes had to do forced marches 12, 25, and one time 60 miles. I used to take phosphorus pills, it counter acts the affects of lactic acid, a toxin that your body makes that makes you feel tired. It work wonders for me. You may not have all of the minerals you need, sometimes girls can lose more of their minerals than men because of their minstrel cycle.

Eat healthy: you need to re-nourish your depleted body with highly nutricious non-fake foods.

Seek deep sleep: renewed metabolism and needed hormones for restoration kick in during profound sleep. Won't happen overnight, just keep reducing your brain pace at least an hour before sleep.

Avoid stress & coffee: activates cortisol which promotes further energy depletion at the end.

Try it now.

Do you have low blood pressure? I have very low blood pressure and if I do strenuous exercise, I see stars and feel totally wasted the rest of the day. I have changed my routine and cut out the running but will jog a bit, walk, then jog until I get winded-enough exercise to keep me healthy but not too much to over tax my system.
