I have heard that drinking green tea helps stimulate ovaries, some fertility shops have some vitamis that contain green tea so it might be true

There are many methods of increasing fertility, but they are worth little if you do not watch the very basic natural family planning rules, like following and knowing the exact day of your ovulation etc.

Back to the helpful herbs, almost every nation has a selection of local herbs that supposedly help conceiving. Here are just a few, fro the top of my head:
Black Cohosh, Evening Primrose Oil, Ginseng, Pycnogenol, Vitex.
Search for each one of them for more information, but don't forget - they are little help without you knowing with high accuracy your ovulation day.
You may also have a condition that prevents normal conceiving. Sometimes it can be light, sometimes it can be serious. Using proper herbs, folowing a proper program may help a lot, but it may also take a time to work out...remember, there *are* conditions that *can* be worked through if you press with the proper combination of information, supplies and time (attempts).

Ovulex. I am currently taking it and it is supposed to regulate your cycle if you are irregular and less pms. Since i have been taking it it has regulated me and i haven't had pms like i usually do. The web site is www.Ovulex.com
