The only empirical study done on penis size indicates that black men have a slight edge over white men. (Something like an average of 6.5 to an average of 6.3 when erect.) But they wouldn't say at what point on the base of the penis they measured from. Probably to keep men from getting their feelings hurt. And Asian men are probably smaller on average than white or black men. I base this on the fact that condom manufacturers in the Asian market make their condoms smaller than ours. As far as nationality, no studies have been done that I know of. But I will say that Colin Ferrell, who is Irish, is reputed to have an enormous schlong!

I'm a bisexual male and probably over qualified to answer this question.(thanks to gloryholes) having seen dozens of cocks. The largest I've encountered was white. (both length and girth). I've seen several black ones and have been thrilled by some and disapointed by others. So to answer your question no i don't think there is a connection.

Most times it is true. Black men and Italian men tend to have a bigger penis. But not always. But I've never seen oriental men have large penis. I don't think they can.. ??

Yes there is, but really it's not by much. (I remember reading about it... the differences in average size is about half an inch in length.) So really you could still get asians with large penises and black men with smaller ones.
