People can take jokes, but there the intelligent ones and only if there have been educated enough to understand.
Which Bush is not in that category. He got where he is because he owns oil, and has money not because of his intelligence.

Everyone has different ideas of what is funny and what is not (doy!). My guess is, the reason you asked this question is because you asked or answered a question or said something in real life that only you (and possibly a few others) think is funny.
