I believe in the spirit of Santa Claus, with out the hope of someone like Santa what a boring world we would live in. To never have the feeling that for being good we get something in return I think that most people would hate to live in a world like that so yes I DO BELIEVE IN SANTA CLAUS and wish that more people in the world still did.

Once upon a time I did, but then I found out that Elvis was dead. Being a stupid little kid I thought that meant that somehow Santa was dead now, so I stopped believing. But then one night a couple years back Santa Claus appeared in my room, he crawled down the chimney and left presents by the tree; he didn't realize I was awake and watching the whole time.
So now, I'm a believer again.

Saint Nicolas was an actual 'saint' who stood on the roof of the church and because he thought it was wrong for the church to have such nice things while it's people were suffering, he threw the churches treasures down to the towns people. It is in that spirit of 'giving' that we still honor his memory as 'Santa Claus'. It is that spirit of the saint that we all believe in. And many times when I was too poor to provide a Christmas to my children and others came through to give my children gifts, I know in my heart that what Saint Nicolas started lives on. THAT is "Santa", the miracle of 'giving'. .............. But if some fat dude in a red outfit tries to come into your house around Christmas, call the cops or shoot him, because that ain't real.

I believe in the spirit of santa claus. I see alot of giving from the heart to people in need all in the spirit. I think if you still believe in santa and it brings you happiness you should not give it up. I am happy that people keep that spirit alive epsecially for children. I see alot of people that dont have anything else to believe in so if you have something keep it close to your heart. I wish many happy holidays...:)
