I think Usher looks way better and hotter than Chris Brown. After all Dark Skinned Rules!!!!!!!!!

Usher cuz he has been singing and dancing for a longer time and i remember buying ushers first cd which i still have that has all my fav especially My Way. As for chris brown i did like his songs but i dont own his cd and i probably wont ever just cuz he is still in the first steps to his career.

Chris brown is not dark skin. Usher is alot darker than Chris. Anway Usher has been alot more consistant and he has had a long career. As far as who was better when they first came out, I would say Usher. Chris got his style from Usher. Usher has been out since his early teens. he was making a comeback with "My way" when I was in the 4th grade and I just graduated from high school.

alright the question is "who was better when they CAME OUT?" when Usher first came out he wasnt that big of a hit but Chris Brown came out with a bang. so i say Chris Brown.
