I just joined Big Brothers/Big Sisters and my little sister is 7. It's been a few years since I was 7 so I'm kind of at a loss for what she could like to do or is able to do. Does anybody have any suggestions? I want her to have fun, but I'm on a bit of a budget so it can't be anything too extravagant. Thanks!

Maybe you could find someone who has a bicycle you could borrow and teach her how to ride it. Get a kite at the local store, and find a big area (park) and fly kites, maybe teach her to fish if you can find a pole and bait is fairly cheap. You could go for a walk in a wooded area and look for different kinds of flowers or nature and point out to her or each other. If you live near enough to a lake or water take her swimming or wading if she does not swim yet. Take her to a park to play on the equipment for children. Hope this helps as I know sometimes it is difficult to find things for younger people to do.
