I'm just going to stick to greek/roman mythology, cause that's what I'm best at.
children of Gaia and Uranus:
Hecatonchires (hundred-handed monsters)
Cyclopes
Giants
Titans
child of Gaia and some mud:
Python
child of Gaia and Tartarus:
Typhus
children of Typhus and Echidna:
Cerberus (3-headed dog)
Orthrus (2-headed dog)
Ladon (dragon)
Lernean Hydra
Nemean Lion
Sphinx
Ethon (eagle)
Chimaera
offspring of Nephele and Ixion:
Centaurs
Good guys:
Nymphs
Meliai (specifically the nymphs of ash trees)
Dryads
Hamadryads (if you kill the tree, they die too)
Nereids
Satyrs (most of the time)
Pegasus (born from medusa's blood)
Hippocampus (poseidon's ride)
Laelaps
Silenus
Bad guys:
Argus
Scylla
Charybdis
Sirens
Harpies
Symplegades
Talos
Medusa
Kraken
Minotaur
Calydonian Boar (killed by Atalanta and Meleager)
Chrysaor (also born from medusa's blood)
Teumessian Fox
monsters involved with Hercules (other than the ones mentioned above):
Erymanthian Boar
Stymphalian birds
Ceryneian Hind
Cattle of Geryon (geryon was a three-bodied titan)
Cretan Bull
Mares of Diomedes
triples:
the Furies (or Eumenides)
the Graces
the Fates
the Graeae
the Gorgons
that's all i can think of right now.

Sphinxes, minotaurs, gorgons, winged horses, chimeras, dragons, unicorns, fairies, gnomes, trolls, ogres, wood nymph, witches, basilisks, krakens, sea serpents, sirens, mermaids, cyclops, pegasus, elves, dwarves, dryads, imps, demons, angels and a whole lot more, but I'm running out of room.
I'd describe each one, but it would take up too much space, i can do one at a time on an e-mail or letter.
I'm MYTHOLOGY MAN, I know just about everything about myths, they're fascinating but you don't have to pick me, I'd just like someone to talk to (e-mail pen pal).

Witches in movies and TV are portrayed wrong. There are indeed witches though.
Medusa, unicorns, elves, leprachauns, dragons, mermaids, cyclops and the like are of course not real.
