Aberdeen. To win all 3 European Trophies - Champions League, UEFA & Cup Winners Cup. Man U would prefer not go to into the UEFA Cup (where they must be to achieve the record) and Arsenal need to the win the Champions League.
The CWC stopped in 1999 and only the following British clubs won: Chelsea (2), Arsenal (1), Everton (1), Manchester City (1), Manchester United (1), Tottenham (1), West Ham (1), Aberdeen (1), Rangers (1)
For the record, the following Britich clubs have won the UEFA cup:
Liverpool (3), Leeds United (2), Tottenham Hotspur (2), Arsenal (1), Ipswich Town (1), Newcastle United (1)
& Champions League:
Liverpool (5), Manchester United (2), Nottingham Forest (2), Aston Villa (1), Celtic (1)
