That takes humility and patient communication. If you can effectively communicate and be patient to work out a situation with the other person's best interest in thought then you can work through anything with much greater ease.

Both people need to open that little slit under their noses and speak what needs to be spoken.

The listener needs to listen, and the speaker needs to make his or her point CLEAR. Its as simple as that.

A lot of problems in relationships come from resentment. It can be over little things or big things, over too much time or not enough, or a myriad of other things that cause a major break-down in communication.

Choose u'r battles wisely and don't sweat the small stuff. If it's not broke, don't try to fix it. Keep u'r lines of communication open and don't forget to always make yourself approachable.

Listen to your partner, and talk things over with each other. Just listening and talking about things solve problems.
