What would you do if your friend, relative, daughter was giving up on life?

If she was going through rough times and was being angry to everyone around her? If she made it hard for people to care about her? What if she pushed everyone away? If she saw faults in everyone? What if she was hopeless? How would you help her? What if everyone else couldn't deal with it and left her? What would you do?
