singapore's soccer team has no star players
there is only 4-5 slots for asia to qualify
and compared to the bigger asian countries
singapore has 1% of qualifing.

Americans don't care about the world cup and Singapore.
This is sad. (at least the World cup part)
Football is much better than baseball and NASCAR.
I don't know anything about Singapore's football team. Sorry!

I have not idea about the level of Singapore football game. I don't even know if they like football.

Given its population size, it would be difficult, unless it aggressively recruits foreign born players like Saudi Arabia does. Having said that, hope springs eternal with the qualification of Trinidad/Tobago.
