try freewriting and brainstorming.. just write anything that comes to mind on the subject, then decide exactly what you want to write about.
Choose several different areas of your topic that you plan to discuss and make an outline of what you are going to say, including any interesting points you want to make or sentences/phrases that come to mind.
After that, all thats left is the writing and the rewritting. Depending on your competency level this could be quick, or long and arduous.
Granted that process doesn't work for everyone. I do the first steps in my head and freewrite the first draft of my essays. Its rare that I really need to organize my thoughts before I draft my essay, but alot of people need to do it to keep things logical and organized.
Just make sure you check it through when you finished writting it and have some other people read and give you imput on it to make sure it flows and makes sense.
I could give you alot more tips but, hell, I could span 16 years of english class trying to do that. If you need help with anything specific you can e-mail if you like. I with you luck with your essay.

It has to start with an introduction. It should be at least 5 sentences. (because it is to be a long essay). It could look like this.
My decision to go back to school was life altering thing, because....blah blah.
Talk about your decision to go to college because that is a life changing experience. The body should have 3 supporting topics. Each paragraph should be between 3 and 5 sentences long. Then there should be a conclusion.
Good luck with that.

Is this for a college application?
You really need to write your own essay. However, there are lots of essays on line that you can find that are examples of good essays. You should NOT copy these -- but you can use them as examples of where to start.
Once you have a draft of your essay, get someone you trust to look at it. Perhaps that person can make suggestions.

Whoa is this a humanities class? I had do the same paper my senior year of high school but it was a little bit harder because I had to it in a certain perspective. Just think of something exciting that happened to you. I wrote about how I got back from VA to NY when my mom was trying to keep me in VA. I'm sure there are plenty of stories you have to tell about your life just pick an interesting one and start writing. Once the words start flowing you should be fine.

Wow. Well, one thing you can do is just WRITE! Write anyhting that comes to mind. don't worry about grammar or anything. Even pictures are ok. After you have a few pages, look back. Any topic look interesting to you? If so, write an outline, then do your essay on that.

Well, think of something significant that has happened in your life. Then, organize your ideas in an outline. I suggest writing 5-10 paragraphs, depending on the profoundness of your subject. If you don't know how to make an outline, just search "outline format" on google. Hope this helps.

Since no one has lived your life except you, no one could possibly write your essay for you.
