Funny thing I realized about fate one day.
Every choice has consequences. and those consequences force choices on other people, and on yourself. Fate, is the inevitability, or uncontrolably, of the choices youre presented with.
You are free, to do what you will with the choices you were given by the decisions of others. So if you hate your job and your family sucks and you cant find a reason to get up in the morning. You can probably blame your boss, your CEO or your wife... but you have to kick yourself a bit too, cause you probably screwed up somewhere...

Your question implies there might not be freedom for everyone (or none) depending or where you live or what lifestyle you follow. This question is quite broad, so let me narrow it down to what drives the decisions of an individual in life - is that free will or everything has already been determined. The free will vs, Determinism is long going debate between schools of philosophy, and ultimately will lead to the question about the purpose of life. The regular answers for that is spiritual, and depend on what you believe in.

I think I have a fair amount of freedom, enough to keep me happy. I have a car that takes me wherever I want to go, but I have a job that restricts me to within a few hours from home. But thats fine with me, becuse on my days off I'm usually not bound to do anything specific. I can do whatever I like and no one really bugs me about where I go, despite the fact that I do not live alone. So yes, I believe I do have freedom in my life.

Definitely! All of us have freedom as long as we are in the USA. I know that other countries don't always get that freedom we do, tho.
I have the freedom to choose where I live and with whom, to work or not work, to eat what I want, to go where I want to go with whomeever I want to go with and whenever I want, etc. Freedom is not only a God given right, but also a right of the people of the USA. People have gone to war and died for us to have these rights.

I like to think I am free, that my life can change, and perhaps the world as well. I think we should all have the option to believe that everyone is free, and capable of change. This "hope" can motivate people immensely, and I don't see a problem with this belief.
However, if you were to ask the same question as a matter of fact (if humans have free will), I don't think I would have attempted to answer it.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no conspiracy taking place. You've been given a free will, you may choose to exercise it according to your personal convictions and yet you must be ready to accept the consequences of those decisions. Beware, the consequences have eternal ramifications.

If you get up in the morning then you have the freedom in life. You're not dead. Life is what you make of it, not what life makes of you.

Hell, I live in America. I can do what ever I want to as long as it doesn't hurt another. I am as free as I could be as far as my daily activities are concerned.

The Lords truth is what sets you free. If you don't have that you are restricted by sin, and do not even know it
