Three days ago, the media annouces that Ken "Kenny Boy" Lay had died of a massive coronary in Colorado. Yesterday, it came to light that, even though he was convicted of fraud and was facing up to 30 years in prison (which is effectively a death sentence to a 64 year old man), his conviction was going to be overturned and his "slate wiped clean." This, of course, prevents the US Govt from seizing his assets to pay back to thousands of people Enron bilked...$43 million dollars to be exact. Now his family gets to keep the money. Today, it is released by the media that Kenny Boy is going to be CREMATED and his ashes are to be spread around Colorado, cuz thats where his favorite place in the world is. How sweet....

Anyone one else think this is a conspiracy? One of Bush's closest friends gets convicted of fraud and conveniently dies prior to sentencing, so his record is cleared, & his family is safe to keep the stolen money. Cremation destroys DNA evidence, so we cant prove its not him.

Conspiracy theorists never cease to amaze me. Did you actually sit there and think up all that crap urself? Or did the voices in ur head help you out?

Could you say, we now know why Jesus wept? Its of course not the worst that man does or has done to others but that its done at all. For what its worth creamation is the in-thing to do these days to allow more real estate for the living. If you would be interested in hijacking those ashes and running a DNA test, I could join you, it sounds like a fun thing to do.

I think some govt bureacrats got paid real well to stuff this in the closet. but more so if Lay was aloowed to appeal and testify more some "extra hidden dirt" on a lot of wealthy people would have come about. But hey this is America land of the free and protector of the evil!

He is in a Rural government hideaway in some foreign country. Big money needs to protect big money.. Or the heart attached was from a rare African plant extract giving by the CIA so they could keep his assets. One or the other but defiantly we don’t hear the whole story.

I live in Aspen. I saw his dead body. He's dead. Sometimes the answer is really simple.

Time to roll back to the "9/11 was staged by the government" conspiracy.

The thought had occurred to me. But I doubt that Kenny could stay hidden for long, especially since his family stays in the US. So I'd say no.

Ken was getting up there in age...I don't believe his death was a conspiracy....I believe his heart could not take the pressure he was under at this specific time of his life, and he expired...

I didn't even know about that. But yes, I think it is a conspiracy, anything that has to do with our"Government" is a conspiarcy.
