is it bad if fedex has a wrong phone number?

my dad purposely gave circuit city the wrong phone number (apparently he thought that they'd give it away and we'd get tons of spam calls). is this bad? what we ordered is coming through fedex, will it affect its arrival?

As long as they are able to deliver the package, they wont need the phone number....you should be ok:)
