Her lips ARE natural. You cant get collagen injections when you are preggers and she had full lips the entire time. Her dad and brother also have full lips.
She also has not had a boob job. She went from a C to a B during Tomb Rader due to her being so physical and doing all her stunts and thats why she had to wear padding. Check out her older movies where she is fully topless pre Laura Croft. (Hackers, Gia)

ugh kind of but you'll never look exactly the same because it's just impossible to replicate someones face completely.. you'd need cheek and chin implants, lip injections, nose job, how you're gonna change the eyes god knows.. i think it's not a good idea to be honest much as i think angelina is the most beautiful person alive i'm not gonna go as far as sugery to look like her because.. there's only one angelina, or jessica alba etc

I think just a nose job ... Her nostrils are a lot smaller than they used to be. It's possible it isn't plastic surgery and that it just changed a bit of shape as she grew, it's hard to tell.
No implants, lip or breast ... No chin reconstruction. (Yes, I've actually read somewhere that she had chin reconstruction. Odd.)

I don't know..I think natural....people I have talked to...don't know why others think she is so beautiful...she's not bad looking...but I sure don't think she's the most beautiful woman alive...not by a long shot.

She didn't get a boob job for Tomb Raider, she wore a super padded bra. I remember them trying to market them when the movie came out.

she had a boob job when she got the role of tomb raider cuz her boobs were too small for the role so she went up a cup
