can anyone tell me if the tall ships are in torquay yet?

They should be as race start on 10th at 3pm from Torquay.

They were in North Carolina last weekend. The winner last year is from NC. We loved it, we took a 74 ft boat out to see the race. It was 5 miles off of our coast. They let you on the deck of 2 of them. We had loads of fun. They ships came on Friday & they raced on Monday & left Tuesday.
