Go buy yourself Nutra Nail Green Tea Growth Treatment. It will repair your nails and make them grow. You know, at first, your nails are not gonna look that great because when you take the artificial ones off, your real nails are going to be really thin and cracked but if you use the Nutra Nail, they will get repaired very quickly. You can find it online or at any drug store or a store like Eckards, Walgreens, CVS, etc.

I;M A MANICURIST . FIRST OF ALL THE SECOND YOU HAVE THEM PUT ON YOU RUIN YOUR NAILS,NO ONE WILL EVER TELL YOU THIS, ANYWAYS IF U ARE TAKING THEM OFF YOUR SELF TRY TO SOAK THEM OFF WITH REMOVER THAT HAS ACETONE IT WILL TAKE A WHILE CUT THEM DOWN REALLY SHORT TOO. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP THEM LONG BECAUSE YOUR NAILS UNDERNEATH WILL BE PAPER THIN , OH YOU ARE IN FOR A BAD TIME BUT THERE IS GOOD NEWS THEY WILL GROW OUT IT WILL UNFORTUNATELY TAKE ABOUT 6 MONTHS OR SO. YOU SHOULD KEEP THEM SHORT CUT THEM KEEP THEM SHORT AND YOU COULD USE NAIL TEIKQUES I'M SPELLING IT WRONG BUT THEY HAVE IT AT CVS IT'S NOT CHEEP BUT USE IT THE WAY THE DIRECTIONS SAY. JUST KEEP CUTTING THE FREE EDGE THAT'S WHAT WE CALL THE PART OF YOUR NAIL THAT GOES PAST YOUR FINGERTIP KEEP THEM SHORT CLEAN AND NEATSHORT NAILS CAN LOOK GOOD AS LONG AS THEY ARE KEPT NICE GO FOR MANICURES MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE THEM TAKE OFF THE TIPS FOR YOU . JUST STICK WITH IT -- IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN TH END GOOD LUCK ......DON'T GIVE UP

Take calcium sandoz tablets daily. They're good for your nails & bones. 1 tablet a day is very good for health and has zero side-effects. Invest in it for a healthy life, instead of looking for expensive nail products for better nails.

You could use a nail buffer to give them the desired NATURAL shine. Better if you did it too instead of going to a beauty parlour, as you'd fall in love with your beautiful nails while you buff them and shine 'em ;-)

Something with vitamin E in it, keep them polished and soak them in gelatin. But it also depends on how far the tech that did your nails drilled or filed down when you got a fill too. Also, get a manicure every week or two

I am a Nail Tech and you should only soak off your nails w/acetone. Then use OPI Nail Envy. Or Nail Tek. Creative Nail Solar Oil has vit. E in it and works very well.

avon makes a great product called Nail Experts Strong Results Length & Strength Complex (I know it's long, I typed the whole thing from their website...) you would have to order it online unless you have an avon lady but I always bit my nails and could never grow them long, now they are too strong for me to bite through and are finally long!
