Does everyone know this? Im confused and i feel left out. When did this happen? How does 143 stand for that anyway, i can't figure it out?

I figured it out just now..
1= 1 letter = I
4= 4 letters = love
3= 3 letters = you

Yep... 143 stands for I love you and 14344 stands for I love you very much... It is actually used on some countries like in the Phlippines and other countries... I use it all the time with my girlfriend...

love has 4 letters hence 4.
you is made up of 3 letters hence it is 3
So 143 stands for I love you.
It's not apporpriate though many use it.
