You do not have to clone the likes of Bono or Bob Geldof. All you need is to stop the debt. Britain would just use the money for war. So i say why don't we just let Africa keep the money.
After all they would be all their lives working to pay it off and hopefully they can start to live life to the full and try and get on with their life.
