i understand
most of the lyrics are storys made up
like
build god then we'll talk
its about a lawyer haveing an affair with a new secretary who i a virgin then the lawyer has a heart attack hence "there was a terible crash"
and i write sins not tragedies
the groom in the story does not know about his bride cheating on him
and she did it in open public hence the lyric "havent you people ever heard of closeing the god damn door"
they like to make up storys and put them so there funny to tell
makes no sence but thats the boys for you
you just really have to listen to the music and look up the lyrics online and trust me you will get it

They don't make sence if you don't understand metaphors or similes.
They are obviously depicting storys using literary elements to make their songs more exciting. Its not like some songs where they straight up tell a story. Panic!'s songs you have to listen and compare and use what they taught you in school.
Panic! at the discos songs make sence on how you understand them, because you might interprate their metaphors differently than what they were written as. Thats the beauty in music.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Honestly, I think the whole psuedo-punk thing has almost played itself out so Panic! at the disco better panic and hope people start understanding soon...Trust me, The Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Clash, and Black Flag are not worried at all.

if you actually listened to their songs...maybe you would know
and if you were somewhat intelligent, you should know what their lyrics mean
