Cause they would have to have mouths. But if they had mouths they would always have socks shoved into their mouths. So they would't be able to talk anyway.

no idea, but I'm sure glad they can't!
Imagine the bad breath they would have!!!
Plus, I'm sure they would complain all the time - 'we're tired, you're walking too much, quit stuffing us into those little shoes, he's touching me! no, he's touching me! get over on your own side of the shoe!'
