I have a very large man boobs, is it ok for a man to wear a bra?

there is some sort of disease that causes men to develop breast tissue.
if you're not substantially overweight and you still have man boobs, you should talk to a doc.
if you are overweight lose the weight...toning alone won't work, it'll just make saggy man boobs. but join the club, i'm overweight too, at least with my gender, huge boobs are a plus.

but whatever you do, don't wear a bra (would you want black lace or red?) its not an answer, its just a way to get ridiculed.

He might want to attempt a comfortable setting up push-up or demi bra, to carry his breasts out and up. i do not learn about it forming his breasts to a female structure, even if the phantasm will be there at the same time as wearing the bra. If somewhat extra is wanted, enhancers will merely attempt this.

Do not wear a bra. You can get the fat sucked out of your chest so that you won't have boobs.

You could wear a minimiser bra, just make sure you don't wear anything see through, and yes, try to lose weight, I know it's hard, but it will be worth it in the end. :)

hey hun....im afraid that if you wore a bra it would draw MORE attention to your chest then anythang simply beacause you would be able to see the out line of the bra through your shirt...the best thang you could do is some cardio and chest presses....love daisy
